Extended Brake Pedal

I had a number of choices on this one. Scootworks makes a custom pedal and so does Thunder Mfg. And then there was the pedal off of the Vulcan Drifter. (2007 update, Thunder does not appear to be selling theirs any more)

And the Drifter pedal won out, mainly for it's price. Both of the custom pedals are over $100 and require a custom pad as well, running another $25+. The Drifter pedal cost me $60 from Ron Green Sports Center and the rubber pad was $8 from my local dealer. I've had it on for a couple of weeks now and and there's a lot more room for my foot on the floorboard. Installation was simple, the only hard part was getting the return spring back on. I've thrown up a picture here, but it's hard to see the difference without something for reference.
